Taking Measurements

We have personnnel available to go to the place where the project is to be carried out within the established location range, to take exact measurements for correct installations.

Product Quote

The product qoute is made according to the measurementstaken and the style of product required, and the proposed solution is presented to the client.

Order Entry

Once the client has the correct response, the project order is entered into the system, generating a code with which it can be followed up.

Product Manufacturing

The project order is taken by production, for manufacturing execution of the required product.

Stand by

Waiting time period in which the product remains in a hibernation state waiting to be moved to the installation site.

Installation

The product is taken to the requested location and its installation is carried out with finishes to conclude the project.

Indeed, we make shipments. The client is responsible for sending exact measurements for production and once the product is finished, it is packed to ensure its transportation. The means used is chosen and authorized by the client. INNOVA is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product on the way.

Payment of 70% is made to start the project and 30% upon delivery and closure of the project.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, check, debit or credit card, cash or payment link.

There is a variant in the cost of the product according to the color and texture of the material. Currently we have the black and white colors without texture at a lower cost compared to the wood and foliated black colors that do have texture.

The delivery time will be proportional to the magnitude of the project that is developed according to the client's specifications, it may vary between 15 and 30 business days.
From the moment the order is placed until the final installation of the product, a range of 20 days is estimated for small projects.
In relation to larger projects, a mutual agreement is reached between the company and client to schedule a deadline for project closure.

The commercial line is what is normally used in homes with basic specifications, and our premium line adds reinforcements and details that make the user enjoy a unique experience.
Premium products have quality reinforced hardware and the usability experience is more comfortable. On the other hand, the commercial ones are very functional, with optimization in the implementation of hardware at a lower cost.

Installation is free for projects that are within the local range established by the company. If an installation is carried out outside this range, the installation value will be added to the purchase total of the order.

INNOVA is a company that takes responsibility for its projects. Establishes warranty terms for products that have manufacturing errors only, disclaiming responsibility for damage caused by improper handling by users after the project has been closed.
